I hope there will be a Producer brave enough to get rid of him and Kym Marsh. They are really dragging Corrie down in my opinion.

Ok - so he's pretty useless, as well as some others, but I think the programme makers are clinging to the turkeys lest they be without staff at all. I still think they are still even now suffering the long term effects of influences beyond their control: the sudden unexpected absences of Bill Roache, Michael Le Vell and Chris Fountain messed up their schedules no end, and then you've got Chris Gascoigne and Michelle Keegan to get rid of - they are clinging to actors and writing for them because it's easier than writing in new characters. Better the devil you know, if you like. Honestly if I was a Corrie writer, I'd despair  |

I don't think we see as much of him now. At one time he was almost taking over every scene.

LOL Pearly! I can't believe it's been so long. Don't miss it at all. It's amazing how these things become habits and I reckon if everyone bored stopped, all soaps would be axed. LOL!
That's true and even DL jumped ship years ago. Now back writing for EE.

Lets hope Jabba the Hat will leave after the live episode this year like he did with Emmerdale`s live episode in 2012.
Once Corrie gets a new producer, hopefully he/she will have the guts not to renew prawns contract next year.
