I know these DVD's are aimed at ladies, but if I want to lose weight I just do it and dont make a song and dance about it! I wouldnt waste my money on a DVD.

Basically cutting out foods high in sugar and fat and doing some exercise. |

Janice said she was 41 tonight...she must have had Toyah when she was about 10 then I think Toyah is 25 as she was 15 when she joined the show in 1997 - same age as I was. So she was about 16 when she had her! |

Or else she'll be hitch-hiking back from the Kent Coast after being deported for starting a punch-up at an English theme pub karaoke night.
