I counted 10 houses too. With the flats, dont forget there is one above the Streetcars office, one above the bookies, one above Diggory's former shop, one above the cafe, one above the butchers, the one Maria used to live in plus the one Janice lives in. None of these are actually on Coronation Street but there are lots of flats in the programme. |

Is Violet still sleeping on the couch at Eileen's, because when she moved back in she was as the house only has 3 bedrooms. I can't imagine anyone is sharing I mean who would Jason and Sean? Violet and Sean? Violet and Jason? Eileen and Sean? And now there's baby Holly too.
Unless SuperBuilder Jason built another room in the space between episodes someone must still be on the couch.

Hairdressers don't make a lot (at least not where I live) unless of course you are Nicky Clarke or Charles Worthington.
Ages ago way back when Violet first came in I seem to remember a conversation between her and Ken in which he said he thought she'd wasted her potential - because he used to be her teacher - and she told him she had a plan to make him proud.
I can't imagine that plan was the Rovers for the rest of her life (maybe it was but I don't see it), I mean she's still young maybe she could go to university and do a teaching degree or something like that.
Although getting a job that isn't on Coronation Street or the surrounding streets is near impossible, I don't think the bus goes that far.
