LOL! Be so much easier if they just dropped an ep when things crop up. Won't kill them.

2 quite average episodes tonight saved by the wonderful Claire! I loved what she said about Sally's house!
The stuff with Liz/Harry is boring and im not interested in them as characters.
Nice to see Ken and Deirdre have a bigger part but it would have been better if Blanche has been in the scenes instead of them just mentioning what she had said/done. I guess this was when Maggie was off work following her fall, and the scene with Blanche in the Rovers was filmed before.
The scenes about the stone cladding was good and it was a nice touch what Jack said. Also liked the scenes with Molly and Paul.
Nice to see Emily again too although her part tonight was a bit pointless.

I caught Emily at the end and her face is normal again after Wail's party. But isn't it time Bev Callard stopped looking plastic faced when her neck gives it away she's old?

You didn't know? Robin Ellis lives in France, or did last I heard in the mid-90s. Got a wife too. Bastard! LOL!

Sally and Claire are doing my head in with their sodding house swap. Isn't there a flat above Peacock's butchers that they could live in for a while?
Liz is such a desperate old bleached tart - she can't stop herself slagging around can she? I'm hoping she cops for a dose of the clap and gives it to Vernon as a welcome home present. That'll teach her.
Nice to see Ken and Deirdre, but a bathroom storyline is hardly thrilling stuff.

I missed the second episode..my neighbour came in and talked all the way through it !!
I loved the bit where Claire was rabbiting on to Sally about the house and as Sally walked out of the kitchen she glanced at the kitchen knives...very subtle and very funny
was that leak at the Barlows a one episode story then?..or do you think it will lead to something else..or just be forgotten?

I got the feeling of deja vu watching the second episode last night. Was it my imagination or were Ken and Deirdre standing in exactly the same place by the table as they did in the previous one? They also looked like they were giving the same expressions.
The house swap is funny. You can see Claire's bump now. with no attempt to even hide it.
I like some of the names you call characters on here. I wish they would get rid of Miss Hell and Sean.

I noticed Claire buying Creme Eggs for her kids in the Kabin...wonder if they were old stock from Easter. Nick....are you able to catch up on Corrie at another time? It was the better of the two I thought. Arrrgh that awful ring of Miss Hells is back. I`m pretty sure now that she flaunts that ring because she knows I hate it so much.

Hope that's the last we see of Paul. I still don't understand why Jack was so determined to think him a decent lad - when even Paul himself listed his own faults. At least he left Jack's cash, that's something.
Who were those 'other drivers' Steve was referring to? It's only him and Lloyd since Les left. Is Kirk working as a driver? I can't remember what he's now doing since he got the push from the bautchers. OMG! Liz's picture! Definitely inspired by Monty Python's Conrad Poos and his Dancing Teeth.

Paul wasnt all bad then in the end as he left Jack's £10,000.
More great stuff from Sally and Claire again.
That photo of Liz and Vernon was amusing!

Trying to prove he's not a chip off the old block? Still did a runner though like his dad. I hope that's the last of him. Does he have a neck problem? He's always got his head to one side. Perhaps he was trying to do a Frank Spencer impersonation.
I laughed out loud at that photo. Who wouldn't want to remake Vernon?

Great to have Corrie back on a Sunday once again! So much better than 2 on a Friday.
I liked Paul's exit - although I knew he was leaving I had no idea it was last night as I dont read the spoilers in that great depth. I think Paul leaving the cash was to prove that although he can be selfish and money grabbing he isnt anywhere near as bad as Terry. It was a nice touch by the writers as everyone would have expected Paul to take what cash he could and run.
The rest of the episode was OK but I have no interest in Dan as a character at all so any scenes with him and Leanne do nothing for me. Im glad the bookies are meant to be leaving later this year as they are IMO boring characters.

Liz and Flash Harry slobbering over each other is gross - if he wore his trousers any higher they'd be keeping his nipples warm! Urgh.
Steve McDonald is comedy gold though, I love him!
In my opinion the house swap is very tedious, I feel sorry for Claire coz she's a decent enough actress but all her stories are lame and boring!!
Rawzie has a face that is inviting a slap!
Love Madison xxxxxx
