I found one from 15th Feb I just noticed those fags are in the wrong place. I thought I spotted that last month but couldn't be bothered to check. That set is getting smaller. Patsy

Granada are going to have to start planning their 50th Anniversary PDQ. They need at least 2 years to do a proper job and it`s less than that to go already. Move your ar$es Granada fer gawds sake.

Jezziekins, there's more chance of me getting a decent night's sleep tonight. LOL! CG, that's because Reet wants to see if Jack gets the hint to make her Mrs Duckworth the second. Don't you read her blog? If Ms Cotton is still there you can bet it'll centre on him. Patsy

LOL! But thats the least she could do for us long term fans.
CG Corrie's 50th is actually 2 years and 9 months away. Blimey doesnt seem more than a couple of years since the 40th.

LOL! She never gives us a second thought. Does her one line, takes the money and runs. Well not runs otherwise there'd be more earthquakes in Manchester. Hey you don't think she was in Market Rasen? They should have a live ep and it should only feature Ken, Betty, Emily and Reet unless they're all dead. Patsy

LOL! She never touched her eyes again either. I'm going with the theory it's half-facelift (eyebrows up her forehead) and half cheap botox. The cheap botox failed fast whereas the eyebrows are still stuck. Does she realise how ridiculous she makes herself? Is it any wonder I keep taking the piss when she gives me ammunition? LOL!

What did I tell you, Jezziekins? LOL! I'm listening to her at the moment. Did she ever realise the opening of To All The Men I've Loved Before which goes:
To all the men I've loved before Who've travelled in and out my door I'm glad they came along, I dedicate this song To all the men I've loved before
is rude? Or is it just my dirty mind? LOL!

I used to go to Manchester every other summer, but only to the airport. Then in 95 I went to the UK for the first time with my husband Al. We'd watched Corrie for 2 weeks then, so Al could see what England was like. My uncle asked what we wanted to do while over and al said go to Coronation Street. We didn't know about the tours, but the next day we were there and Al's first pint in the UK was in The Rovers. With only watching the show for 2 weeks we didn't really appreciate the tour as much as we should have. Luckily we were given another chance to go a few years later. In 2004 we went to the studios like Jez and stood at the studio gates for 7 hours. We met Audrey, Mike, Sunita, Tyrone, Ashley, Jason, Norris, Ken and Kevin. Had a great time. We also went to the Museum and saw the street. These photos were taken last May. I only knew to look for the plaques because of Patsy. I might have missed them else. If you walk around the back of the studios you can look through a gate and see Davenports, the police station, some of the cars they use, the Newton Ridley truck and even the milk float. In Jan 2007 I met Jayne Tunnicliffe (Yana Lumb) online. She left a message for me on my webpage. I answered a few questions for her and for helping her out she asked if we would be interested in a private tour of the Street while we were in the UK if she could arrange it. Jayne gave us the tour on May 14th. The only other cast member we met on our tour was Hayley. We did meet a lot of other stars at the gates before and after the tour. Here are some photos taken that day. Outside Jerry's kebab shop. Inside Roy's Rolls. Stirring the beans in Roy's Rolls. Inside the Kabin The Barlows The Websters Finally inside the Rovers. You can see more photos of the street and my photos with the actors on my webpage: photosbydeborah.photos.cn.com/

Fantastic, Deborah! You even got to stand behind the counter at the Kabin - Patsy will be soooo jealous!
I went to the Studio Tours in 1995, with my mum, my little brother and his friend (none of whom were fans, just me) It was a good day out, but a tiring journey from London. As well as the Street, they had a Sherlock Holmes Baker St set, a special effects show, a House of Commons debate, and a demonstration of how they present the weather - my brother was chosen to demonstrate. We took photos - on paper, in the old fashioned way, but I wouldn't know how to translate them onto a website.
