I love this programme, its brilliant, although i dont think that the last 2 seasons have been the best, and I really hope that jaws turns up OK

I preferred the first couple of series. It just started getting OTT then with death after death.

The deaths in this are ridiculous and so is the amount of club owners etc its beyond a joke,I know its fiction but no club i know changes owners every season

Thats true. However I suppose they have to have more drama than your average football club would have to make it interesting.

Not really. It's making it tedious. By now I would have got at least every ep up to Christmas watched but I just have no urge to watch any after that first.

Are you going to bother watching or give it up like Corrie?

I might give up. When you get to my age you get sick of a constant diet of sex and violence because you've seen so much of it.

There is so much bed hopping in it but what can we expect when its set in a football club

Most football clubs aren't like that though. Ratings fell for the last series and so they revamped it by killing everyone off.

But you'll fnd in the real world of football that just doesn't happen. DT lost its way and even bringing back Linda Block isn't going to save it.

I wonder if it will be recommissioned next season?
Tonights was good - Linda caught Alex and Chloe tonight - I feel a bit sorry for her as she likes Alex.

Probably. There are already scripts for series 10 apparently. There's meant to be plans for series 11 as well.
Well I might still watch it when this one has finished. Just need to be in the mood.

We had a double episode of DT last night and it was superb. I was on the edge of my seat during the match - thank god Harchester got through!

Anyone see DT last Sunday - trust me it was an excellent episode where we finally found out the secret owner. I wont spoil it for those who havent seen it but I certainly didnt think it would be who it is! Cant wait for tonights, what a cliffhanger we were left on last week!

Well the new (and also final) series starts next Sunday at 7pm on Sky One. Ive got no information about who is joining this series, or which characters survive from last season. I guess Ryan and Alex wont be in it since they are now regulars in Hollyoaks!

Good first episode last night. Alex is still in it despite the actor being in Hollyoaks now.
