Jane Rossington (Jill) played a character called Kate Ford in Emergency Ward 10. ...and assuming that's right, I had a brilliant question of my own to ask...until I realised it was about Emm, not Corrie!  |

Linda Baldwins Mother is called Eva, Stellas daughter is called Eva. So I`m guessing Stan Ogden had a Mother called Eva.

Is it to do with the fact that they all have different accents in real life?
I don`t know about Bernard, but I do know that Jacqueline who played Linda is Scottish in real life, and that Michelle who plays Stella is a Londoner.

All the characters are from Lancashire, but the actors who play them were born eslewhere...Like you say Michelle Collins (Stella) was born in East London, Jacqueline Chadwick (Linda) was born in Stirling in Scotland and Bernard Yoeuns (Stan) was born in Hove in East Sussex
