suffering the eurovision song contest sorry I mean watching the eurovision song contest  lol ( no lettuce in it unless you really want it Stix , couscous is fine grain of rice from greece Stix and you make it up with hot water and whatever flavor you like with a stockcube otherwise it tastes bland, once the water has sunk into it and is no more, dice some pepper, (any colour you have in the house) add that and tomatos diced, spring onions sliced thinly stir all of these well into the couscous , and that is a couscous salad) |

Thinking that there haven't been many entries lately in the Favourite Recipes thread in the Welcome section.
Salad recipes might be nice now that summer is coming (allegedly). Why not write out your couscous salad recipe on there, val, and other people may follow?
