I pinned a pic of a dress I wanted but in the the size I wanted to be not the size I was to the fridge as an incentive  bought it today  shush don't tell hubby ;p lol. it took me 3 years to do it Stix , slow but sure weight loss'es each time ok. ) |

Has lost over 6 stone - my "Cook Yourself Thin" arrived yesterday and I started reading it straight away but got interrupted. Reading won't help gotta get to the part that counts.
