She's coming out of it and not before time.
Looks like she was written out. Only Jamie, Bob, Louise and Jo to go

Can't say I'm surprised - the character hasn't really worked for me, and she's a pretty awful actress - was she really as bad as this all those years ago when she was in 'Bouquet of Barbed Wire'? I always recall her as being better.

I can't say I'm suprised she is going, and I won't miss her. Pity she can't take Jamie with her. There seems to be very little between her and Terry now. She has just been padding for ages.

Oh good. She's never really done anything. Not Susan's fault. The writers created a pointless character.

It wouldn't surprise me if she is the one who kills Tom or will take the wrap for it to cover up for Jamie.
I think they want us to think it is Bob but I can't see that happening.

I think it will be either a King or a Sinclair. They're dark enough. Bob is just a one trick pony and I wish he would trot on out of the Dales

I think they are all becoming a one horse pony with stories thinly spread over 6 days. You can miss weeks literally and rejoin and hardly miss anything.
Only problem is if a Sinclair or King does the murder, is that yet another person going to get away with a crime in Emmerdale? The reason I thought Jean as I had heard months ago she was probably going and with her off screen they can tie her up to the murder and throw away the key and no one will care.
However I do agree the Sinclairs and Kings are strong contenders.

I am all for Bob carrying it out if it means he is arrested and imprisoned.

Quite surprised at Susan being axed, although I do agree that they haven't really given Jean any storylines since they brought her into the show.
As for her acting it's slightly dodgy at times but at others perfectly acceptable.

If today's paper is right, Glynis Barber will be in it 6 months so how long is it going to take before the murderer is revealed?

Dont like Glynis Barber either. Sorry but to me she's another name without much behind it.
The only person who was a name and made me change my mind about her acting was Lorraine Chase. To me she was just one of those Blankety Blank zelebs but she more than proved herself.

I think when it comes to the past whatever we remember someone as shows our age. LOL! I don't remember the Luton Airport ads at all, only Worzel Gummidge. But then at that age I didn't pay attention to ads.
You're right, Yasmin. I wonder if she'll be typecast now?

If she is good at that sort of character, it shouldn't bother her. 10 years ago, no one would have touched her with a barge pole

True. Maybe she'll hate being offered just that sort of role though.

I like Bob most of the time. He can get aggravating at times though. I have noticed he uses less hand gestures when he's angry.
