I remember Dolly Acaster. That is how I also remember we had it at 7pm. My mum went to collect me from a friend's the day of the wedding but her mum watched too so we stayed an extra half hour. I preferred Katherine Barker to Jean Rogers.

Wsn`t Emmerdale Farm on Sunday nights when it first started? I seem to recall watching it in the kitchen while we were having Sunday tea. Then afterwards, we`d have our baths and my mother would put our hair in rollers. I hated having to sleep in those things. Even the sponge ones used to hurt my hair.
