From Digital SpyRichard Fleeshman has revealed that he would not rule out a return to Coronation Street. The 18-year-old quit the show to concentrate on a music career in 2006 after winning celebrity singing contest Soapstar Superstar. However, he said he had not closed the door on returning as Craig Harris in the future, telling the Daily Record: "I never categorically said I wouldn't go back to Corrie. I had an amazing four years and would go back if it was right for me." Fleeshman split with Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett last October due to their conflicting schedules. Talking about the current state of his love life, he said: "I'm single now. I'm just going along quite happily with things at the moment. Ironically I'm often far too busy to be looking. "Being out on the road can be hard. You can't be with anyone. I have no plans about who I'd date in future. It would be stupid to rule out anything with another actor." Fleeshman kicked off his UK tour last night. His new single 'Hold Me Close' was released on Monday.

Had to change the title to avoid any confusion, Sooty. My first thought was Hillman. LOL!

I probably wouldn't if they hadn't hinted at it over those cards. I now wouldn't put anything past them. LOL!

I don't see how they could find a slot for him now. Rosie has moved on.......she's way out of his league now ;D So what reason would there be for his return ?

Mind you im just as bad as my story involves bringing Paul Connor back from the dead Sooty, I think deep down Rosie might still love Craig which is why he could come back, but I cant say I was particularly a fan of his character. Maybe if Angela is released from prison that is why he could come back?

I liked Angela..its a shame she was fired
and thats another thought isn't it...Craig went of to Berlin leaving his mum wallowing in prison without so much as a chance of a visit off him..he's hardly going to fly from Berlin every couple of weeks to see her is he?

LOL! What's Alvin and his kinky glove then?
Interview with Richard in tonight's Echo. Said he doesn't want his musical career to ride on the back of Corrie or something. No mention he'd go back. Cheap concert. Tenner. As it's at Southsea no idea why we even covered it.

I only remember Alvin Stardust and his scary sideburns and flares doing the Green Cross Code with dozy kids about to run into the road.

I don't remember that. Dave Prowse I remember. UK Gold showed TOTP years ago from the 70s and 80s. Alvin's sideburns were scary indeed!

Okay there's only a couple of years between us but can you enlighten me or jog my memory? Raven? I think he looks creepy. I wouldn't want to cross the road with him and that glove. Ever get the feeling the bosses of Prisoner CBH were inspired with the Freak's leather gloves? Patsy

Wouldn't bother me if he returned, but why would he, unless it was for Rosie?
Regarding his music - must admit I was very sceptical about his music career, but his first release 'Coming Down' was a really pleasant surprise - sort of country rock, and apparently self-penned. His first album was very well-received too, all songs written by him, so I think I can safely say that 'Hold me Close' is not a David Essex cover!

Okay there's only a couple of years between us but can you enlighten me or jog my memory? Raven? Patsy Raven is a recent thing, a cbbc programme - sort of medieval gameshow with a creepy bloke with hair like a raven, and hooded monks. My son watches it, and he has NO taste whatsoever.
