Splitsville for Kym and Jamie

KYM Marsh has split from her boyfriend after they struggled to come to terms with their baby's death.
Pals said the Corrie star's relationship with Jamie Lomas started to crumble after son Archie Jay died in February.

Jamie, 29, has moved out of her house in Cheshire. The couple had been together for just 15 months.

Archie Jay tragically died moments after being born 18 weeks premature.

One friend said: "His death hit them for six and they were both devastated by it.

"But they had not been together long so they found it hard to deal with. Often couples in that situation have a shared history which helps them get over it - but they didn't have that."

Friends added the pair had been rowing frequently and spending less and less time together.

Former Hollyoaks star Jamie has been trying to kickstart his career and pals suggested he could go to the US.

I can`t say I`m surprised. I had a feeling this would happen after the tragic death of their newborn son.
Maybe Kym should try dating someone other than soap actors next time.

I can't say this has surprised me.

I think a bit back when she was pledging her future to Corrie ,and he was waffling on about conquering the US, ( that will never happen IMO ) the writing was on the wall.

Can't be easy for her working on Corrie with all those newish parents around.
