I'm guessing that title is a reference to the character Kookie in the American hit TV show '77 Sunset Strip'? - he was always combing his hair. The Streak - Ray Stevensand..... Had forgotten what a superb song-writer Cat Stevens was - Mona Bone Jakon, Teaser and the Firecat, Tea for the Tillerman and Catch Bull at Four contain some of the most beautiful and moving 'pop' songs ever written (IMO), and his style of music is not really my 'thing' at all. My first wife was a huge fan , and unfortunately took all the albums when we split, but I've since compiled my own extended 'Best of' from internet downloads - and it's now pretty much complete.

I Love a bit of Cat Stevens did you know that on The Days Of The Old School Yard, the uncredited female vocals towards the end are Elkie Brooks !! Yes the previous song was from 77 Sunset Strip Ray Of Light - Madonna
