It`s kind of fitting don`t you think that Tracey Barlow is on the front of TV Easy;D Even more appropriate that the cast of EE have been on the cover of every other issue of that magazine. Kate was on the cover of Total TV Guide as well, you have to pay 95p for the pleasure though |

I get annoyed over the way that most TV mags favour having EE rather than Corrie or Emmerdale on their covers. I don't feel hugely annoyed by it, but when you are in the shop looking at the different magazines it'd be nice to see some new faces staring out for once.
I don't think the magazines have ever even tried putting soap oldies on the front covers have they? But usually the actors have to go to studios don't they? So maybe it would demand a pay increase for the likes of Reet.
I remember seeing an Eastenders Revealed about the return of Peggy Mitchell and Barbara Windsor was spening the day having photos taken for all the different mags.

Its ridiculous that the tv guides favour Corrie more than EE considering Corrie is just as popular, and for the last few years at least has been more popular than EE. If the roles were reversed and Corrie was on the cover everyweek when it was less popular than EE, the EE fans would moan as well.

I like the TV Times best because they do different ones. But here there isn't one major thing on the cover. There's usually several which is a much better idea (see the Sally spoiler in the H&A thread for last week's cover of TV Week).

TV Times are good because they do other covers apart from soaps - however you wont have seen the new look TV Times which launched 2 weeks ago - its terrible, they have put the price up and its gone so downmarket.

If I am in an unfamiliar shop on TV guide day my mag is easy to find in the huge wall of publications - just look for the Cheshire Cat grin. Tracy Barlow is nearly always leering like a navvy from several rows of the TV mag section.

I prefer Whats on TV now, especially as they have given Corrie more coverage. Corrie cover this week, and not La Ford!

That's no basis to prefer a magazine. It should be overall content.

Whats on TV is good in content as well but when it had constant EE on the cover it put me off.
The mags should tell that to people then thats it based on content and then they could put whoever they like on the cover!

According to the Sun, the little actress who plays Tracey's daughter Amy does not like Bill Ward ( Charlie ) Seemingly everytime she comes into contact with him she does a lot of crying, and it takes longer to shoot scenes. Can't fool kids, can you ;D She must pick up on the fact he is disliked as a character. This must still be true - we hardly ever see Amy these days, and especially not with Charlie. When they get back from visiting Peter you can bet they won't all be filmed together. |

Amy is obviously a smart kid. Hating Charlie is just common sense. I sometimes wish he was not such a bastard becasue I actually think he is quite a handsome guy...  |
