In last nights Corrie, how did Claire`s Mum know Claire`s baby was called Thomas if she only got back from Greece that day and hadn`t seen Claire?

Claire`s mother (Yvonne?) said that she tried phoning Claire when she got back but she didn`t get an answer and thought Claire unplugged the phone as not to disturb Thomas.
Hense the wondering how she knew her grandsons name.

Well done to Corrie for doing their homework with sectioning Claire for her own (and Thomas`) safety. In a macarbe sort of way I`m enjoying this post natal depression storyline. Claire has to be sectioned for at least 28 days so kudos to the writers for once. Even if they did have a spillover from Mikes alzheimers storyline in forgetting that Yvonne didn`t know Thomas` name.

Don't forget to count the days, CG. You know they have a habit of forgetting themselves how long someone's meant to be somewhere. Could be 5 months knowing them. LOL!

Julia deserves an award at next years soap awards for her performance in this storyline, but you can bet they put forward the same names as usual. The one and only good thing about Kate Ford for me is that there will be more variety in nominations.

The thing is now with social services being involved....will there be supervised visits between Claire and Josh/Thomas? It wil be a sad situation all round.
I feel for Ashley I really do. But I can`t forget how cold and indifferent he was to Claire with the impending birth of Thomas. He more or less ignored her. All he cared about at the time was getting the better of Matt Ramsden.
I can`t help but wonder that if Claire hadn`t been so stressed by all of this, then her hormones wouldn`t have been so out of wack after the birth. I`m not saying Ashley is the cause of it all - merely a symptom.

Yep corriegirl - is Ashley even the father? Did his op work all those years ago?
Maybe Claire has gone doollally because she's trying to blank out the fact that she had a quickie with Mike Baldwin last year, and that Thomas is another legatee of Underworld.
