Quite a good episode tonight I thought. The Wicks family were fairly good, with Carly getting her new job and outshining the boys (predictable though, but not boring).
As for Ben - the actor isn't great is he? But I'm sure he'll settle in soon. Poor Ben though. Now that Gavin is gone he's only really got Weasly Ian and Grubby Phil!!! No wonder he's terrified.
As for the Dot storyline, a surprisingly okay bit of comedy.
And the build up to Sonia and Martin's big storyline continues! A fairly good episode.

No, the actor playing Ben is not great so far, even though he didn't say much. He would I'm sure have some kind of South African accent after being brought up there practically all his life - but he sounds like a Londoner - not realistic. The repulsive Bert is getting his feet under the table, and now is apparently best mates with Jim. Old men behaving badly - groan.

You would think so. It's stupid. What happened to Kathy's brother Ted? Is he dead now or still living out there?

But if he did have a South African accent it could end up as good as Vicky's - so we don't really want that do we?
