I think in these times when the average viewer struggles to pay bills, they should shut their gobs and count themselves lucky they're not starving, especially since without Corrie, most of those talentless twerps would be.

Usually I on the side of the workers when they are being shafted by the bosses but not this time. The Corrie actors are not taking a paycut - the money isn't coming out of their salary. A repeat fee does not constitute 'work', it's just a nice little perk, that's all. Losing a perk is a shame, but it's not the end of the world when the salary is already very generous.

No doubt prawn is the biggest whiner.
It`s not a pay cut, it`s the loss of one of their many perks as PQ said. Although it`s probably a drop in the bucket of what Granada has paid out to move the studios.
