The real shock here is the realisation that Sally has had six - count 'em, SIX extra-marital flings during her time with Kevin. And she would have had another, had John Stape not already had his hands full knobbing Rawzeh on the quiet and decided to rebuff Sal's advances. No wonder Sally's popular.

She only went back to doing the clubs after she split from Harry didnt she? Again it's something we don't know. Pre-1972 is a mystery apart from exotic dancing. Patsy

I think she's getting desperate now. Patsy

How lovely to see Jean Alexander. But why the hell was Barbara wearing a winter coat??? I thought I was seeing things. That facelift leaving the bags has made her look dreadful. Not a bad programme apart from the Living Dead and the repeated clips.

I'm really annoyed with myself...was watching QI on BBC2 ..and suddenly realized at 10.25 that I had forgotten to set the video off for the Websters..I had been looking forward to it all week too if you spot it repeated in the schedules anywhere..let me know

You mean you missed a panda eyes-less Barbara in Reet's coat under the hot lights looking scarier than normal??? It was your subconscious telling you to avoid at all costs. Jean didn't get much airtime disappointingly. I'd have rather she was commenting more than Barbara, whose comments were pointless a lot of the time. Patsy

Great to see Barbara contribute! And she got the last word as well!
Yes Jean didnt get much airtime but then she was only in it for the first 2 years Sally was there.

Complete with booze! I'm saying nowt. But then she'd have got even hotter under the lights in that coat after alcohol. But Barbara didn't actually contribute anything about the relationship Reet has with the Websters from buying them in 1995. It was a lot of one-liners like how Sally hit Natalie, Greg beat her up and cut her lip. Pointless remarks which could have been said by anyone. She's everywhere these days (almost). Answering fan mail next? Patsy

LOL! I noticed the booze as well.
I see what you mean - they could have got her to say something about Reet giving all that cash to them. But they seemed to concentrate on Sally's men! lol

A lot of the contributers added nothing to it, not just Barbara. The only good comments really came from Sally and Michael themselves as well as Denise Welch.

There was also no mention of the original Websters Bill and Debbie - well I think Bill was mentioned briefly but hardly at all. At least they did show some stuff pre 2000 on this though including some stuff with Hilda fro 86/87.

It was a really good programme, and it was nice to Jean Alexander doing a bit of the commentary. It's the Grimshaws next week. Should be a good bit of Gail and Eileen fighting.
