Corrie has been voted favourite tv programme at the TV Times 2007 awards. ;D
Beverly Callard who plays Liz says "We're just glad TV Times readers have enjoyed watching the show as much as we enjoy making it, Here's to 2008!"
Rob James Collier and Alison King were also voted Sexiest Male and Sexiest Female respectively.

Nope. They showed a pic of the cast in the Rovers - a simular one that was in the free christmas tv guides so they must have presented the award during filming - but no sign of Barbara.

Yeah. Rupert Hill's eyes are closed in it! Its a different one to the one in the papers as Beverly is stood at the front holding the tv times award, but it was taken the same day.

On a very personal note, I think the sexiest woman in Corrie is Sally Webster.
She doesn`t have to dress like a streetwalker (Kelly) to be sexy. And another bonus is that she`s naturally pretty...probably due to excellent bone structure which will stand her in good stead for many years methinks

wadderyermean "for many years"? - it already has, for the last 10 or 15 years anyway - she still looks about 12! Sex appeal is a very personal thing tho', isn't it? She does nothing for me; I think she could be quite pretty, but she makes no effort at all, and just looks dull.  Alison King is very sexy, but as Carla the appeal is just a bit too obvious. If we're talking about just appearance (and not character) I find Violet and Sarah both very attractive, and I think Rosie could/will become a real firecracker (she's made a promising start!). |

I agree about Sally - she hasnt aged at all and has always been a very good looking woman. Although cant disagree about Alison King getting Sexiest Female award.
