Having not been able to sit through a single episode of season 8, I made a point of watching the last one last weekend on Channel 4 (think it is repeated this weekend).
My verdict, I liked it. Then I always was a sucker for time travel stories. It jumped around a bit too much I guess and Billie was as annoying as ever. The story could of done just as well without her even if she was a key point in the conclusion. However as series finales go I didn't think it was bad and it wrapped things up well.
I hope they don't do any spin-offs. A TV movie with Chris and Wyatt might be fun but I think the story has been told now. Plenty of episodes to look back over so I think it is time for it be rested now.
