James Woods plays Sebastian Stark, a charismatic, supremely self-confident defence attorney who, after a shocking outcome in one of his cases, brings his cutthroat tactics to the prosecutor's office as the head of the Los Angeles District Attorney's High Profile Crime Unit.

A group of young prosecutors are about to have the learning experience of a lifetime because, though Stark is seeking to redeem himself, he has no intention of cooling his underhanded approach to cases just because he's now working for the "good guys."

I watched the first episode last night and I am immediately hooked. This has all the hallmarks of something that could run and run......Brilliant

I`ve loved James Woods for 27 years or more and I`m thrilled to bits he has a great hit on his hands with Shark. Its a shame it hasn`t been on in 3 weeks because of poxy basketball

ooer I just looked at th eCBS site and its on a special night on Tuesday instead of Thirsday....but its still a bleeding repeat. Blast you to hells flames CBS...getting me hooked on a show and then leaving me dry
