I am sad this is finishing although I can understand why. It hasn't been as good the last couple of series with strong characters like Weaver and Carter going, and weaker characters coming in. And the fact that Kovac has virtually gone means the interest I have is no longer there. It will be nice to see a few old faces cropping up in the new series.  |

I've heard rumours about a spin-off series from ER, beginning in autumn 2009 - after the show is finished. Its been ages since I watched ER properly, but it'd be interesting to see who the spin-off would involve, though I'm cynical if it would work.
