umm opposite end of the country. The Coventry lot totalled lots. I stoped reading as it made me want to feel sick, the praise being heeped on. And I would of felt sick if I had thought it was well deserved too it was so OTT. That said I still think on the whole she improved and is passable these days.

She does her evil grin when she plays good girls. I've seen her play good girls and believe me it makes her portrayal of Tracy look perfect right from the start.

lol yeah Pats, I`m feeling ok. She didn`t deserve it for her acting skills but if it had been between her and Lacey Turner, then I grudgingly admit I`m glad KF got it. Better the devil you know and all that.
If however it was between KF and 'Eileen' then booooo to KF.
I`m truly hoping next year will be Eileens year. Already she`s had some cracking roles

Not a hope the way people vote for who they fancy rather than talent. The viewing public have become shallow in this age of celebrity. Did you notice they dropped the Bitch award and also suddenly KF wins Actress? Purlease! This PC is more convincing.
Lacey put in an excellent performance when Stacey had the abortion. Most of the time she does shout and pout I grant you but she surpassed herself with that storyline.

I dont think it was fixed. I believe she got the most votes. They cant fix these things really. Otherwise EE wouldnt have won it so many times befiore. I think the high profile storyline won it for her. At the time of voting the Tracy storyline was at its peak. Had to laugh when they said the nominations for Best Episodes was a combination of writing, directing and acting - Anne Kirkbride blew it for them there with her appalling performance.
I have just watched the soap awards and aftershow party - noticed KF said she is doing an episode of Blue Murder. I dont normally watch but will when she's in it because im a fan.
