At least Todd Carty, like all good actors, realises Gabriel's can't go any further. Now if only there could be a producer who won't get another bent copper in to replace him! I wonder how he'll go? Prison would be good after his lies are exposed rather than death.

I think Gabriel is ace, he's such a fantastic actor and character.
Yes, it would be rubbish if they killed him off. I would like to see what he said in court; they could do some really good episodes like those ones in the olden days where the whole episode is in the one room.

Hi Lugz  I`d like to see either June Ackland or Smithy get their revenge on him, although I wouldn`t want PC Kent to be killed off. And just like the Mark Fowler HIV storyline in EastEnders, they`ve kept Todd Cartys character on the screen for a lot longer than they should`ve. No disrespect to Todd, I used to love him in Grange Hill and Tuckers Luck. Yeah I`m *that* old ;D |

I can't remember if he said he was leaving in September or the climax is then. I agree. He's GOT to go to court. He's a rat.
CorrieGirl, I remember him in GH and TL too. He was one of my first crushes but I don't fancy him these days.

So when is this live ep happening? He has to get caught soon. And I keep thinking... Cameron know's for sure that Kerry got raped by Gabriel. I would've thought that would've had something to do with it. That'd be cool anyway 'cos I bet loads've people have forgot  |

All they've said is September but I'm assuming in 3 or 4 weeks. There was a pic in the TV Times a few weeks ago with Gabriel and June on a roof. No idea if that's part of the live ep or not though. Don't think so because it was daylight. LOL!

It is comforting to hear that a tabloid report this week claiming that veteran actress Trudie Goodwin in the ITV cop drama would be leaving the ITV cop drama was not worth the paper it was written on and that Bill fans need not fret.
Trudie, who plays Sergeant June Ackland, will NOT be leaving the show any time in the near future – in fact, the actress is on the verge of signing a new contract with the long-running series.
Trudie told DS: “Although it is inevitable that I will move on to new projects one day, I have no immediate plans to leave the Bill at this time. In fact, I am about to renew my contract with The Bill and am very happy to be staying on for the foreseeable future.”

Did anyone watch the Bill tonight? I missed it - gotta watch it at 12.10 now. I only started re-watching the Bill about a month ago and I think now its starting to get interesting.. what with Gabriel and all. But I do agree that the Bill isn't what it used to be years ago. Its more like your common soap now rather than a cop show. But still, its watchable. |

I saw it on an off. I'm only interested in the Gabriel bits right now so might tape tomorrow's and flick through. Next week is the climax and that does look good.

I thought June was very good in this weeks episode when she found out about Gabriel..its all panning out now to next weeks climax to this story.
Loved all the bits with Pauline Quirk..now did she or didnt she kill the children..the look at the end was very telling & what did the detective(competely forgotten her name) think..Wonder if this storyline might continue in a later episode.
