I don't think I like the direction they are taking Lisa i Holby. She's now an "oh so sensible" ward sister, without a life it seems, yet it's such a short time since she was fun loving and quite immature in her outlook. Always been a good midwife / nurse though.
I think it would have been much more fun for Trish to have become the new sister. The sparks that would fly with Crissie would be spectacular.
It would also be quite realistic. She was obviously previously experienced as a nurse, has done her update / return course, now has several months renewed experience and has hospital management experience.
