The Crossroads DVD Petition

Just a quick message to mention that 2004 is the 40th anniversary of the much
loved UK soap Crossroads.

Crossroads was a ratings winner during the 60s, 70s and 80s, often
outperforming Coronation Street in the ratings. When it returned in 2001 it
also acquired a cult following of loyal fans.

I have started an online petition to persuade Carlton Visual Entertainment
to release a "Best Of Crossroads" DVD to celebrate 40 years of the soap.

That's a very good idea actually. With the new incarnation of 'Crossroads' being during the 5 o clock slot (After CITV) it acquired quite a few younger viewers too.

It would be a pretty packed DVD though if they were to put all the greatest moments from 40 years onto just one disc! ;D

Maybe they could have different versions. Double discs for each incarnation then people that didn't want one version wouldn't have to buy it. ;D
