  Does anyone know anything about a Coronation Street - Annual which is apparently coming out on the 15th November? I've only found Woolworth's listing it.

Well apparently this (and the Emmerdale one) is a compilation of 2004. The DVD is exclusive to Woolworth's for £10.99 instead of £12.99. There is a video as well (£9.99 RRP but £7.99 Woolies) and Amazon list it but last time I looked, there was no price or pre-order info.

Oh I'd forgotten about that. Must get round to watching it one of these days! LOL! Don't think they are the same. This new one is highlights of 2004 though only up to whenever they made it (or slightly before).

Well my dad's seen this and says it's rubbish. Looking at the chapters, so many could go together. If says a lot when there's no variety to choose from unlike the Emmerdale one (which also has its faults, mainly for missing out important stuff!). I doubt I'll ever watch this. It's not even a year! They should be done under the trades description act. 9 months at most. Patsy

Well I got the Corrie DVD for Christmas (I was going to get the video but apparently it had been deleted due to lack of demand for it  ) , I also got the Emmerdale DVD a few weeks ago as it was reduced to £2.99 in woolworths, overall I enjoyed the Emmerdale one more, probabaly because I tape a lot of eps of Corrie and none of Emmerdale so id not seen the Emmedale stuff since it was originally on air. Id say both DVD's are worth watching though  |

Yea, i also got the corrie Dvd for xmas, not seen the emmie one. Yea, it is worth watching. I thought, that it was k, but kinda poor @ the same time, coz it didn't really have that many interviews or actors comments, etc.

I still haven't seen it, mainly because I've been far too busy. Maybe I will in a few years to remember how awful some of the cast are when it comes to acting. Though I've also been bored by many of the storylines which could be another reason I haven't made the effort.
