All the news tidbits for both Christmas series 4, mainly on casting and stuff like that. Major news on them should go in a brand spanking new thread!!!
Clive Swift will be appearing in the upcoming Doctor Who Christmas Special - 'The Voyage of the Damned'. Best known for his role as Hyacinth Bucket's husband Richard in the long-running BBC One sitcom Keeping Up Appearances, 71-year-old Swift told The Jewish Telegraph about his upcoming role in the sci-fi drama: "It's a lovely part and I'll be working with Kylie Minogue, who I was introduced to at the read-through, and David Tennant, who is a terrific actor." Swift is already known to Whovians through a pivotal role in the 1985 story 'The Revelation of the Daleks', where his character Jobel met a violent end. No further details about his latest part have been released. Source: Digital Spy
He was always hilarious in KUA so I am sure he will be good in this.

He was good as Jobel as well. Nice touch when he died and his wig fell off. LOL!
