Current schedules have Doctor Who going head to head with Emmerdale on Christmas Day at 7pm for the whole hour.
The BBC might have avoided clashing Corrie and EE however they seem to have brought out their other big guns to fight Corrie and Emmerdale.
For me there is no contest it will be Doctor Who in this house or nothing and we tape DW.
Earlier in the day, there is a DW Confidential hour special type thing. In fact Below is the Chrismtas schedule for DW fans on BBC1.
