This saw the return of Susie, in what was overall a pretty good episode. She came back all nice, but turned out to be an evil villian who had planned her return from the dead. The episode developed Jack's character somewhat with Susie mentioning "something dark that was coming to get him". I really liked her bond with Gwen, her replacement, and felt the whole episode was fairly well written - and not too drawn out. I loved Ianto's observation about gloves coming in pairs as well, probably setting up a future episode down the line. Episode 9 is has a plane from the 1950's travelling through the Rift to modern day Cardiff. There is also supposed to be plenty of sex. And, according to a Digital Spy TV critic, who has seen the rest of the series, Episodes 12 & 13 build to an ending that "even the most hardened Torchwood cynic would have to agree is stunning." (Sound like a certain Ms Littlewood, anyone!)

Watch it or I'll start singing and it ain't nice. Sets dogs off. LOL!
I'm not a cynic. I just lost interest with all the plugs during the series.
