From the BBC:
Doctor Who
David Tennant's tenth Doctor is set to meet Peter Davison's fifth Doctor in a special scene entitled Time Crash, which will air during the BBC Children in Need appeal night.
Peter Davison says: "It is an honour for me to be able to make the connection between the fifth Doctor and the tenth Doctor.
"However, now is not the time for sound-bites. I can feel the hand of history on my shoulder, even if I can't do the buttons up!"
-----------------------------------------------------------
LOL! I wish RTD would stop being an arrogant git and allow multi-Doctor stories. Just because he hates them (like most things) he's ignoring fandom.

That was funny. Peter's got a bit porky but, as Colin said on Sunday, he's the only one who still looks like he did back then. So that's how they explained Titanic crashing through the Tardis. Nice of Steven Moffatt to clear up RTD's plothole.

The stick of celery was too big. LOL! It was a bit like the bickering between the 2nd and 3rd Doctors which Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee took to conventions because fans apparently really believed they hated each other. I liked the fan reference. LOL!
The Davison era was when I originally went off the show and it's still my least favourite era. Peter is great as a person. I've met him several times at conventions over the last 9 years but he's still my least favourite Doctor and I HATE Tegan.

I enjoyed it..it was good how they tied it up to the last episode and ready for the next.
I enjoyed the Peter Davison era...went off it when Colin Baker started

It had several laugh out loud moments. You can tell a fan wrote that.
When I was talking to John Levene on Sunday he said he'd heard from a lot of fans they stopped during Davison so I'm quite surprised to hear you say that, Nick. Mind you, Colin's era was complete shite too. I blame JNT for everything. Dreadful costume. Dreadful scripts. Dreadful guest stars (at least it hadn't been Ken Dodd then). Colin could be really bitter at his treatment but he's not.

I think one of the reasons was that I had gotten fed up with Tom Baker's 'eccetricities' and had stopped watching it,when I heard he was leaving I started watching it again for his last couple of stories..then when he changed into Peter Davison in Logopolis I carried on watching..and enjoyed him having 3 assistants to share the stories with..and I have always liked Peter Davison from his Tristran Farnon days

I think Tom's last couple of seasons are the worst. I do enjoy The Keeper of Traken, which is sadly Ant's best performance during his 10 years. I liked Nyssa. Tegan got on my wick but I think that's Janet Fielding. Can't stand that woman and even less when she rants about it being sexist. Didn't have to take the job or even stay, did she? Hypocrite. There are very few Davison stories I actually like. Earthshock being the favourite I suppose, and not just for Adric's death (hooray!).

I watched it - thought it was very good. I take it the Christmas Special will pick up where this left off?

Paul liked Adric too. I told him last weekend it must have been due to his come to bed pyjamas. LOL! I never liked Turlough either.

It was good in that it explained the Titanic a bit better, but didn't have a major wow from me - just because I didn't know anything about Peter Davidson's Doctor and wasn't a fan.

Some one Teletext said it legitimised the new series. LOL!
Peter Davison based his Doctor in part on William Hartnell, hence the glasses and he'd say, "Hmm?" a lot.
