Im doing most of the questions from memory as well Patsy, from the Corrie books ive read in the past. Although ive just thought Ken Barlow moved back to number 3 briefly didnt he after Val was killed so it could well be him who was living there before Emily/Ernie.

I remember it was Tricia Hopkins,played by Kathy Jones...and she reported Renee Bradshaw for illegal sunday trading at the corner shop,in 1975,was it something to do with that?

Yes it was Trisha, she moved to the other side of Weathefield to live with her family after being sacked by Renee Bradshaw and evicted from the flat. Later she reported Renee for Sunday trading but wasnt heard of again. Shame as I quite liked her from the Granada Plus eps I saw. She left in May 1976 so was on screen for the first month of G+ repeats which began with April 76. Nick your turn next. |

I can't bear text talk..its corrupting the English language..and to be honest I have to read it about 4 times to understand it,so thus its a waste of time and defeating the object So sorry. We went to a Corrie lunch last Saturday-we meet once a month. I made up a quiz for everyone. I guess I made it too hard. They had prizes for the top 3 scores. The top person got 11 right, the next 5 and the next 2 1/2 out of 20!!! I guess next time I'll have to make it easier for them. |
