A lot wouldn't unless they looked it up on IMDB. Though i wish they'd have found the ep of The Daleks Masterplan with Bryan Mosley in it instead of the one with the other bloke playing the same character.

i have looked it up in my 'Life on the Street' book....and under the entry for May 1988 it says "Alan Bradley opens his own burglar alarm firm in offices acquired with a £6,000 loan from Rita"....other than that I'm stumped

The book's wrong, trust me. I had Alan from Feb 89 then taped it from Granada Plus up to June 89 and have all the scenes on separate tapes (apart from when Reet vanished) because I'm incredibly sad. He spent the money on something else. The burglar alarms came about after that when he persauded her to let him use the yard and got another grand out of her to buy equipment. He opened his shop after pretending to be Len Fairclough to get a loan.
