Ok here's the info you wanted:
Here’s the following information regarding Kane and Kirsty’s departure from Home & Away. Source: Inside Soap.
Kirsty and Kane go on the run as Kane is wrongly accused of an armed robbery, which was actually committed by Kane’s Dad.
When evidence mounts against Kane, the pair take the decision to disappear into the night prepared to spend the rest of their lives on the run.
They know it’s going to be a hard thing for them to do and they can’t even say goodbye to anyone.
The departure comes after Christie Hayes who plays Kirsty decided to leave the show at the height of her success on the show.
Sam Atwell, who plays Kane was determined to give the characters a decent final storyline together together followed Christie’s decision and announced he was quitting too, claiming it would be unfair to split the couple up!
I am pleased about that as these two have weathered so much together, and it would be such a shame for them to split up following Christie’s decision.

I'm sorry these two are leaving, their characters have had some really good story lines, it's nice they are leaving together though.

They were my fav. couple on home and away. Isn't Kirsty pregnant when she leaves as well? Sure i heard somewhere that she was.

I'm sorry these two are leaving, their characters have had some really good story lines, it's nice they are leaving together though. I agree these two could show most soap couples up, and I could have seen them entering old age together. Kane has really proven himself although I never saw the episodes of when he first appeared and raped Dani |

It was too unbelievable IMO who in their right mind would marry the man who raped their sister. Forgivness fine but I don't think anyone could actually do that.
