Alf is surprised to discover Duncan looking like he's just stepped out of the gunge tank; he explains that he has been a victim of mob justice. Our little warlord also admits that he was the one who shot Hyde, and a furious Alf urges him to confess. For once, Duncan does his father's bidding and apologises to Hyde, who is incredulous - mainly because he can't believe that it wasn't Kim. But despite Duncan doing what he's been told, Alf's temper hasn't been quenched; he later loses control with his son, wanting to grab him by the collar and shake some sense into him. Duncan runs away to tear up a few photos of his dead mother on the beach - like one does - and Alf is shaken by how violent he felt. Meanwhile, Hyde asks Irene to help reach Kim. He wants to apologise, but will Kim ever forgive him? We think not...
And a piranha in a pear tree
On the first day of Christmas (for us at least), Evil Felix sent a big pile of manure to Princess Dani Sutherland. On the second day, it was a fridge full of cockroaches. So what gift will he deliver on the third? Will it be a voodoo doll complete with stuck in pins? Or will Dani wake up next to a horse's head? Not quite: day three brings an unexpected delivery of soya milk. Hmm. Rhys breaks down during his shift at the kiosk; this isn't due to soya milk reminding him of a difficult childhood, but because Kirsty's still in hospital and all signed up for a kidney transplant. He later tells Kirsty that he'll donate his organ if he's a match. Meanwhile, Jesse gets the idea that Scott isn't telling him something. A confrontation follows, but Scott tells Jesse that the one person he should be interrogating is Leah. Jesse doesn't have the guts for this, though, preferring to let his imagination run wild instead. Eventually, Leah admits that she has found a new tonsil tennis partner in Flynn, and Jesse's worst fears are confirmed. It's time for Jesse to lay down the law...
