Kidney donation: it smarts a bit, apparently. But Rhys isn't concerned when Flynn warns him of the agony he'll go through should he give his organ to Kirsty; he's dedicated to his daughter. Kirsty, though, takes a long time to come round to the idea of the transplant. A spanner in the works is Matilda, who accuses Rhys of going ahead without any consultation. She's already lost one father, and doesn't want to lose another. Best not let him off the leash, then. Meanwhile, Flynn deters Kane from donating. He needs to save his energy for taking care of Kirsty and the baby after the transplant. Later, Rhys finds out that he's not a match, while Dani goes in for a biopsy. But hang on one cotton-picking minute: there's a suitable donor that nobody has even thought of yet. Finally, Max twigs. How about Laura DeGroot, Kirsty's real twin? Could she be Kirsty's saviour?

Noah tells Hayley that he'd rather have Grotbags at his wedding than his ultra-religious husk of a mother, but after a chat with Alf, he begins to wonder if he ought to have a rethink. Perhaps it's time to try again. Meanwhile, Jesse asks Hayley if she wants him out of the Palace, before suggesting to Flynn that Leah likes him more than platonically. Flynn flatly denies it. Jesse admits that he still loves Leah, but he insists on repeating the cuckold's favourite cliche: sometimes love is not enough. We're beginning to think that he also wants control of the remote and his tea on the table when he gets in. Flynn worries for the two of them as Alf gets in a tizzy about his son, who didn't come home the night before. He then receives a message that Leah is sick; Flynn rushes over to check her out. It turns out that Leah is having contractions! As she's rushed to hospital, Sally pleads with Jesse to stay with Leah for the sake of the baby. Could the stress of a break-up really cause her to miscarry?
