I've heard from the unofficial Summer Bay website that Laurie Foell (Josie) has been sacked.
There's a petition you can sign on the website for Laurie to stay.

She has finished in H & A...there is an article in Inside Soap about her this week & she says Josie was never going to be long term character...(or words to that effect)

Yes, she hasn't been so bad - was unsure of her at first, but its typical that they have made her a victim of blackmail which will ruin her wedding ot Jesse.
Won't they ever let a soap couple be happy? Look at Kane and Kirsty for instance (See Kane and Kirsty thread)

This is one of the only things I hate about H&A is that the characters are all too good. Even if they come in bad they soon reform & become respectable members of the community. That just doesnt happen in life (yes I know H&A is no where near true to life) Its a real shame they've got rid of Laurie Foell again, Josie is not a baddie but she's not a total good guy like everybody else - she's somewhere in between & thats what made her interesting. There was so much potential with her relationship with Tasha.
There are a few boring characters in H&A: Leah & Dan, Kim. And then there's Martha whose is definitely the worst actress Ive seen on H&A in years.

It is probably because we are a long way behind Australia. There is still the whole 1989 mystery to come out, which will involve Morag! Josie was bad when she first arrived, then got all good and now she's back to being bad. Weird isn't it?

Yes, the stunt she pulled on Tasha to sign was nasy, and yes, typical Angie really.
I have to say Canon, although you have your opinion like everyone else, I think you are being a little negative at times.

Josie is a pussycat compared to Angie ( Same actress BTW ) but seems to be turning into her.
There was nothing Angie would not do, she was absolutely evil, and ended up being killed with all the residents of the Bay having a damn good reason to bump her off. ( It was her son Dylon who killed her ).

I agree, but then how do we know this 'nice face' that Josi used to put on wasn't a charade, and she is as evil as Angie was, remember when she told Jesse she didn't have to be nice anymore?
Maybe Tash will have to bump her off as Dylan did Angie!

No Josie & Angie were cousins..Dylan is not in prison (cant remember why not) Tasha is Angies daughter & Josies neice.

If I recall correctly, Dylan did not go to prison as the courts decided he was - whats the word I am looking for? When someone gets let off because they are provoked?

They thought he was more or less provoked because of the things she had done and said.
