Home and Away star Rebecca Cartwright and her tennis ace fiance Lleyton Hewitt are expecting a baby.
Bec, who plays Hayley in the hit Aussie soap, made the announcement through her publicist.
Her statement read: "Our respective families are delighted with the news."
Hewitt's manager Rob Aivatoglou also confirmed the 21-year-old's pregnancy.
The celebrity pair have had a whirlwind romance. They got engaged just six weeks after they began dating - Hewitt was rumoured to have popped the question the night he lost the final of the Australian Open.
In a coincidental twist, Bec's character in Home and Away is also pregant.
The actress is quoted as saying: "For us, it just felt awesome right from the start."
Lleyton recently starred in a cameo role for Home and Away.

Thanks for that Sooty, do You know I kept thinking they should write it in to H&A for Hayley to be pregnant with Noah's baby, but the dates wouldn't match surely, so how will they do that then? Must get Hayley off with someone?

I don't think she knows who the father is. It is between Kim and Dani's boyfriend, the one with the long hair.
If you go on tvtome.com and go to H&A they have all the episode recaps.

Sorry that does not make sense  Dani's boyfriend meaning Scott? No that certainly does not add up and certainly not with Kim as at the moment he is involved in a way with Kit. |

Sorry if it doesn't make sense. I'll try again to explain: In current Australian time Hayley is pregnant but she doesn't know who the baby's father is because she slept with Scott and with Kim. This is what is airing in Australia. In the UK H&A is about 8/9 months behind. Hope that helps PS I know Dani and Kit are dating Scott and Kim but i don't think they are around anymore. |

Lleyton is forever going around the world playing tennis, she would never see him if she remained in Australia.!

Have read somewhere she said her contract runs out later this year, and it came at just the right time.
That sounds to me like she will be going.
