Yes, He is great, I thought he looked cute in his police uniform at the murder mystery weekend too, with his hair flattened down!  I know, I have asked the official website people at Channel Seven and they have emailed me saying that some people are actually ' regular guest stars' which is what Peter is and what Barry was. However, Barry is now in the opening credits and I wonder if that is because of his relationship with Irene? I mean I think it is unfair in a way that also Ric, Martha and Cassie have immediately got in, and that is also because of Ric living with Sal and Flynn I reckon, Cassie because of her involvement with Ric and Martha because of Her invovement with Jesse and also Alf. You would think that regardless of whether there is any crime goign on, and I know about the stalker and stuff, but you would think they would keep him in anyway and also as he is Dan's brother. Even if he is not in for a while, I am sure that even Summer Bay would need him around - even only for me! |

I hope they do, as for Barry and Irene, it is funny to recall how they hated each other at one time! Yes, it is nice to see a more 'mellow' side to him, I noticed the other day when he wen back in the diner that when Irene complained about having him all to her self he pulled a face and she clouted him! I thought that was funny. Anyway, back to the gorgeous Peter, I am sad that next week he is the stalkers next victim in the sense that he is attacked and left fighting for his life - I could kill Zoe!!!!  Another detective is brought in to carry on with the case.  |

I'm dead chuffed about Irene and Barry, I think they make a great couple, and I love the way he is mellowing. I keep thinking that Beth is going to put a spanner in the works...its a shame because I like her with Barry as well..TPTB will just have to get someone in for Beth. ;D |

Hey Sooty, did you notice last night when Peter was in the bar with her and she asked if Summer Bay was the reason he left the city for and he said Yes, and commented he was not short of excitement because of the Stalker. That tells me he resides in the Bay somewhere so why is he not in the credits?  Why is it also, I have just thought of this too, that whenever a Policeman/Detective is working on a case they INSIST on bringing in a partner of the opposite sex and then they end up falling inlove instead of concentrating on the case itself, it si so annoying, have you noticed that, or is it just me who likes a good 'Mystery/Murder' whatever to be concentrated on instead of the hormones??? |

Actually more I think about it, I like it!!!!
Trouble is what about poor Flynn???
Stranger things have happened though I heard ages ago about this triangle with Hayley/Scott/Kim and scoffed at it - yet look now???!!

I believe that Flynn dies...I know that we discover he has 3 months to live.
But Peter & Sally sounds great..he is rather nice..I am quite sure there must have been some past history with Peter & Clare.

Ok, Yes, I think that Peter should be in the credits and if Morag is staying then she should be too, but she is what they are classing as 'regular guests' in other words they are in a lot, but only as guests. As for Flynn, don't know about that - him dying but that is what I heard regarding Pete and Sally, and the more I think about it the more I like it I think I should be his new love interest LOL ;D  As for the Peter/Clare thing they used to be lovers years ago I am told, when he was young and stupid as he put it himself, though I am not sure what has happened there, only what he said to Ken the other night. I have been picking up on a few things with him regarding her though at the mo I think they ought to change her charcter a little as she is not trusting his instincts and she should really considering he has been working on the case longer. I would also liek to kow what she was doing outside the other night when he got attacked by the stlaker - rather convieneint wasn't it? But I have heard that they get together and eventually leave the Bay together when this stalker thing finishes ( Grr ), though Nicholas Bishop who is Peter has signed up for a 2 yr contract so who knows he may end up in the credits yet! Yippee! Without her though hopefully! I was hopefully hoping that Clare may have been the stalker somewhere she is that 'full of herself' but when they get the stalker and Peter and her leave then it can't be her Damn! |

Ive just started watching Home and Away again for the first time since it left ITV.
I am just getting to know the characters again, and I agree Peter the detective is rather nice. I also like Jessie and Kim as well.
I heard that Peter leaves but is coming back (yet to return on Oz screens) with a 2 year contract. No idea if this is true but maybe he will be on the opening titles then?

I heard he leaves in episode 4018 which was shown in Oz a few months back and wont be shown here until January so we have a while of him left on screen.
Not sure when he is back in Oz.
Ive also noticed the amount of interest this stalker storyline is causing.

I like Peter but his brother Dan is the most dull character Ive seen in H&A since well... Leah. They make a perfect couple. Ive never liked her, I'll never blame Vinnie for faking his own death- anything to get away from her.

I think what I don't like about Claire is she has come in to help has NO knowledge of what has been going on from the beginning and yet she is throwing her weight around with Peter and showing authority when she does not get her own way. She seems more happier 'flirting' than listening to what he has to say, and to be honest if I was her, ( Apart from the fact that he is gorgeous!) I think I would be taking more notice of what he is saying as he has dealt with it from the start, but she seems to want to dismiss everything. And what about the other uniform cops that were supposed to have been brought in?? |
