Hi Guys,
Right I will start this section off with a Story that I have started, hope you all enjoy it and as always feedback is appreciated.
Hopefully this will encourage more of you to also post your H&A stories here.

Chapter one
We had arrived late in Summer Bay that afternoon, and sat in the car, looking at our new home.
My husband Barry, had landed the headmaster’s job at the local High School, and I had landed the English teachers job at the same school. We had previously lived in the City, so we had to move completely so we could take the jobs we had been offered. So we not only had to get used to a new job, but also a new home too. We had both agreed to the move, as we both wanted our respective jobs, but it didn’t stop it being a very hard thing to do. Move to a new area and new people
‘Well, here we are, our new home!’ Barry said, breaking the silence and smiling at me.
I turned to look at him after staring at our new home, and returned his smile.
‘Are you Ok?’ He asked, looking at my face.
‘Yes, why?’ I answered.
He shrugged then looked at me and replied, ‘You look a little distant, that’s all!’<br>
I smiled.
‘I’m fine honestly, it’s just a big upheaval, not just a new job, but a new home and area, such a lot to take in, in one go!’<br>
He looked at me.
‘I know, but it will be Ok, once we get started in our new jobs, and start meeting the people round here!’ He tried to reassure me.
‘I know, and we will be fine, once we make this place our own, and have been here a few days!’ I told him.
I looked at him, not sure if I had convinced him enough that I was happy to be here, and that everything would be Ok after a few days of both adjusting and settling in and down. I was a little apprehensive at the move to a complete new area, I was really looking forward to the challenge that my new job would bring me, but a little nervous to say the least at the prospect of a whole new community to try and blend in with.
‘Come on, let’s go and have a look inside our new home!’ I told him, unstrapping my seat belt, and opening the car door to get out.
We both got out and as we headed to the front door, our hands locked into one another, and Barry gently squeezed my hand as he held it in his. I returned the gesture, which seemed to do the trick as he gave me a satisfied smile. We got to the door and after Barry unlocked it, I was just about to go in, when he stopped me with his hand. I looked at him puzzled as he said:
‘Let’s do this properly!’ and swept me into his arms.
‘What are you doing?’ I asked him.
‘New job, new house and new start, so we will begin like this!’ He told me.
We both smiled at that, and went through the door and shut it behind us, starting our new life, little knowing of the dramatic events that were going to be bestowed on us without our consent.
