Kym Valentine To Return?perfectblend.net/ reports that Neighbours producers is currently in negotiations with Kym Valentine to reprise her role as Libby Kennedy later this year. Kym left in 2004, after 10 years as Libby, to appear in the stage production of Dirty Dancing and is now back in Melbourne and concentrating on her music career, appearing in an acoustic duo with Waiting Room's Tommy Rando. perfectblend.net/

It would be nice to see Libby again.
Although Karl/Susan have Rachel and Zeke living with them it would be nice to have one of the original Kennedy kids there.

Is she back for good or just for a few weeks?
Personally I would love to see Lyn Scully return - and Joe Mangel too. I know I`m in the minority, but I really liked Lyn and thought her and Joe made a terrific couple.
Still, with Sky leaving too I doubt if Joe will ever return - which is a shame as he was a terrific character.

I agree, Joe was a great character, as was Mrs Mangel! Id love to see her return!
Wasnt that keen on Lyn Scully though.

Kym Valentine has confirmed that she is returning to Neighbours on a permanent basis.
The actress played Libby Kennedy on the Aussie soap for a decade before leaving to tour with the musical Dirty Dancing in 2004.
"I am hugely loyal to the show and I'm ready to go back and do what I love," Kym told the Sunday Herald Sun.
Valentine took a break from acting due to medical reasons after completing work on Dirty Dancing.
"Physically and mentally I needed a rest," she explained. "I discovered I had a hernia in my stomach when I was doing the Sydney season. When I went to hospital after the tour they found I had three hernias. So now I have a 1 1/2 inch scar on my stomach. You won't see me in a bikini on Neighbours."
I wonder if Darren will return with her?
It will be good to see her back.
