I just read over at DS that Rowena Wallace (Pat from Sons and Daughters) is joining Neighbours.
Woohoooo, that`s the kick up the ar$e that Neighbours is looking for

I told my twin sis when she called yesterday, and even though she hasn`t watched Neighbours in years, she said she`ll start watching again when Pat the rat comes into it.
The icing on the cake would be to sign up Cornelia Francis. I don`t know if she`s been in Neighbours already, but she`s been in practically every other Oz soap...Sister Scott in Young Doctors, Barbara in S&D, and Morag in H&A

Cornelia is still in Home and Away though so i doubt she will go to Neighbours. I love the character of Morag in Home and Away, and Barbara was good in S&D too.

Wow Pats...is she from Liverpool originally? I didn`t know that.
Is Cornelia still the host of Australias 'The Weakest Link"? I couldn`t get over how much she and Anne Robinson looked alike.
Talking of which....did anyone watch the Dr Who version of 'The Weakest Link' the other night?

Yes she is. I remember she said that in an interview back in the 80s.
I have no idea. The Weakest Link wasn't on when I was there.
No missed it. I miss everything. LOL!

I watched an episode of Dancing with the Stars 2 weeks ago in OZ & she was in the audience (Cornelia) & the host pretended to be frightened of her..but didnt mention if she was still the host of The Weakest Link...would love to see her in it.

Dancing with the Stars was just starting around the time I came home last year. How many series has their been now? I don't know if it was on before 2006.

We watched 2 episodes..its so funny..all you can think of is where is Brucie & our judges.
Dan Baker (Tim Campbell) from Home & Away is the favourite to win...he was the only celeb apart from Todd Woodbridge (former tennis champ) that I recognised. But apart from that its exactly the same format.
I think this is the 6th series.

It's been going a long time then. I had no idea who any of them were last year except Simone Warne, ex-wife of cricketer Shane Warne. She won I think.
