I was quite surprised when I read that. No idea what's wrong with Alex but his health deteriorates before they marry.

I wonder what will happen to his 2 kids?
Maybe it`s a brain tumour or something that Alex dies from. It`s kind of ironic that with all the healthy living he`s done and inflicted on his kids, the healthy lifestyle didn`t help him much did it.
