According to the Radio Times website Neighbours lunchtime episode is moving to 2.10pm from Monday 26th November with Doctors in the 1.40pm slot. I guess this is because of the move to Five next year.

Well we wont have to put up with it on the Beeb much longer. I expect it will get more repeats and an omnibus on Five/Five Life.

And in a few years we might even have the specials or rather "looks back" that HAA are getting from five hopefully.

Wouldnt be surprised. Although they will only be able to show episodes from when Five take over. Notice Home and Away show nothing pre 2000 in the specials we get. A shame really.

Yeah that occurred to me as well, hence the "in a few years", they'd never get the rights to the old stuff, which is a shame.  |

According to the odd tabloid etc, it is being replaced by The Weakest Link..........I think that must be the 5.30 episode.

Why don't they just change the time in the New Year? It's off over Christmas so would make more sense to have it return in a new slot.

Maybe they will drop the lunchtime alltogether in the New Year - ITV did that when they lost the rights to Home and Away and just had the teatime episode for the last few months.
