Nicollette Sheridan has revealed that the Desperate Housewives cast are determined to expose an on-set 'mole'.
The actress, who plays Edie Britt on the hit US series, has decided that she wants to find out who has been selling stories about cast members to tabloids - including constant reports of alleged feuds and arguments.
Sheridan told Maxim magazine: "The press doesn't want to hear that we all get along, that we're enjoying the work and one another. They love to build you up and then tear you down. People love all the drama that's created.
"There seems to be some sort of mole on the set. Somehow things seem to get out. We've been trying to find him."
From Digital Spy
Interesting, though IMO the media have just created a person.

There's no smoke without fire either. The creator Marc Cherry has even admitted in a recent interview that were a few problems in the first year but only a few they generally get on. But he said there was a really bad day in front of Vanity Fair he said. Is that the famous interview Marcia Cross had a strop and stormed off the photo shoot because she thought Teri Hatcher was getting too much attention?
I think Nicolette Sheriden and Teri Hatcher seem to get on really well and I think they have said as much. I think Teri Hatcher also gets on with Eva Longoria well. And Felicity Hoffman turned up at the Burnt Toast launch party. I think there may be some truth in the Cross/Hatcher feud. But you can't get on with everyone all the time.
Marcia has said in a recent interview that she is particularly close to Felicity and Eva.
I think 90% of the time though the press just create stories to sell their rags. I don't keep up with most of it.

It is far more interesting to read about people fighting and bitching about one another than reading how they all get on. It is human nature to love to see others arguing.
