The Feb 11th episode referred to in this article should be episode 14 of this series, so it looks like she was supposed to be in the first 16 episodes, now it is anyone's guess.

It looks like Wisteria Lane will be missing a housewife for awhile.
Marcia Cross, who is expecting twins in April with hubby Tom Mahoney, was put on bed rest last week, the actor's publicist said Wednesday, describing the doctor's order as "a precautionary measure only."
TV Guide's Website reported that Desperate Housewives' producers had to act quickly once they learned that Bree Van De Kamp was going to be out of commission sooner than they thought. In turn, the brain trust behind ABC's hit dramedy is planning to bring the set to Cross' Los Angeles home for two days this week to tie up her character's story line.
So, not only will this now be the viewers' chance to see whether Cross keeps house like her uptight alter ego, but this move will also keep the expectant mom's burgeoning baby belly—which was starting to make its presence known on Sunday's episode—under wraps for the rest of the season.
Desperate creator Marc Cherry & Co. passed on writing Cross' pregnancy into the show and she was only planning on taping two more episodes after the series' Feb. 11 installment, according to tvguide.com
Hopefully staying close to home will do the trick for Cross, who tied the knot with Mahoney last June. While she might be wondering what happened to her taut Desperate body, the former Melrose Place vixen told People last month that she hadn't experienced any complications with her pregnancy.
"I haven't had a thing," she said. "I am absolutely, 100 percent fine." Still, she said, "it's hard to carry around all that weight. I wake up feeling like me and then I step on the ground and I'm like, whose body is that walking to the bathroom?"
This latest development also means that Cross will be MIA for Monday's Golden Globes ceremony. The 44-year-old redhead is up for Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy or Musical.
