Season 3 finale

Finally got to see the Season finale last night.

Great episode overall. I liked the surprise wedding Susan planned (and also we got to see Mike shirtless again which was v nice lol)

Loved Lynette's mother - nice that we know more about Lynette's family background. I hope Lynette survives.

I was shocked by the death at the end - I didnt expect that at all. She didnt seem the type to take her own life. I expect Gaby and Carlos will get back together and remarry in the next season? Also I hope Austin returns next season.

Great to see Bree back and loved her return storyline. Nice to see Andrew too. Im surprised Julie would WANT to e-mail or phone Danielle considering she slept with her boyfriend.

Overall a great season - roll on season 4.

Edie didn't die then, that's been left as a cliffhanger and as i said in the other post, Nicolette Sheridan's publicist has said she is not leaving the show.

I really hope this is true.

I've come to like Edie more and more with every show. I know she appears to be a hard-nosed, conniving bitch, but since her fling with Carlos, I think we've seen a genuinely vulnerable side to her character.

Funnily enough, while I've come to like Edie more, I've started to dislike Lynette, who used to be my favourite. There is more and more evidence that she is a real control freak, and I think she's been pretty awful to Tom of late, particularly regarding his 'dream' - the pizza parlour.

I think all of the above just goes to show what great writing there is in this show, and how the writers can manipulate their characters (and our feelings about them) so easily.

Great stuff, and this series has definitely put the show back on track.

I loved Susan and Mike's wedding.

I think it would take something a bit more substantial than that flimsy scarf to hang Edie ( She is not exactly tiny ! )

I expect she hears Carlos coming and goes all dramatic.

I hope the next series is written by the same guy who did this one and not series 2.

Loved Susan and Mike's wedding. Very sweet although I'm a little confused where they are taking these characters as part of their whole structure was will they won't they get together? So now that question is answered it will be interesting to see what happens next.

Bree was predictable. Not enough Andrew and Danielle for my tastes.

Liked the Lynette storyline and we will be seeing a lot more from Lynette's mother in Season 4.

Gaby and Carlos were fine.

As to Edie, this isn't the spoiler thread so I'll put what I know in a new Season 4 spoiler thread when I get chance. Production has begun on Season 4 so in the coming weeks lots of spoilers will leak out.

Im glad we will be seeing more of Lynette's mother - the relationship between them is interesting and Lynette is one of the best characters.
