after me being so good too Patsy lol I,ve now lost 3 stones (its a long way to the right mark for my hieght`though . "oh sod it your right pass those chips over please Cilla" lol)

Well done on losing 3 stones val - have a k. A small plate of chips very occasionally to reward yourself won't do any harm.

Oh well done! I can't even lose a few pounds. It certainly gets harder as you get older. I've been trying to get a stone off for years but get stuck.

it is harder to lose weight now I,m older but apart from dieting I,ve been doing a lot of walking (I,m not that good excersise wise I,m a lazy so and so lol) but walking has certainly helped a lot .

Its my Dad's birthday today so I had 2 slices of chocolate cake - i'll pay for that later this week when I have to burn off the calories! Mind you I had nothing else for tea as we went out for a big lunch.
