I saw last night's even though I'm a month behind and I've hated Georgina Hale and her nasally voice since I first saw her playing Ruth Ellis in The Ladykillers in the late 70s! All the more reason for me not to watch all the while they've got her in it.

It hacks me off royally that every time TPTB want to inject some new blood and 'humour' (sic) into the show, we have to put up another gang of dysfunctional, OTT panto rejects masquerading as Dingle add-ons. Pathetic, predictable, and a real p*sser.

I remember her with Victor Meldrew once,She was awful in that. I think there are enough Dingles already.

I don't like them at all. I think they are a waste of space, though, having said this, I have not seen much Emmerdale lately at all, the new time slot does not help a great deal. Not only that, I think I am genuinely going off it.

The trouble is with the Dingles, when they bring in other members of their ( ever increasing family ) they are usually pantomine type characters.
I shall be very pleased when the dreadful visitors depart.
